📦 Return Eligibility
You may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery if:

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition

We do not accept returns on the following:

Used or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival)

Items returned after 30 days

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@itverg.com

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged/defective item

We will offer a replacement or full refund once the issue is verified
🔄 How to Request a Return

Email us at sales@itverg.com with your order number and reason for return

If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address

Ship the item back to us in its original condition

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Depending on your payment provider, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account
🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
